This amazing art in praise of women is from a small, unvisitable chamber in the complex of sacred sites which is the cave known as Tito Bustillo just near Ribadesella in Asturias, Spain.

 

Haiku for Cris, by someone who can´t count

Hands

of a competent cook,

eyes of a gazelle.

This came to me one night watching Cris Montull playing: she´s a pianist and composer living here in Gijón – love her!

When I find a photo you´ll see what I mean – and if I can get a sound clip too – !  In haste, I´ve already burnt my dinner.
